Energy Efficiency Our objective is to provide energy efficient solutions to enable the client to find an appropriate balance between capital cost and ongoing operating and maintenance costs by carrying out life cycle costing on the key systems. Energy efficiency has finally been introduced to the BCA in commercial buildings. There are three options available to demonstrate compliance. If the deemed to satisfy solution is unattainable, the buildings annual energy consumption must be modelled using one of two available methods. EST can perform the energy modelling studies to fulfill the deemed to comply alternatives and NABERS Ratings for existing buildings.
